OUR Process

Contracts & Scope

Our approach to the design-build process begins with a meeting to see and discuss your vision. Next, we produce a clear and accurate forecast of project budget, cost, and lead time.

Construction

Construction begins on a client's project with expert project management in control at all times. All aspects of the construction are monitored to assure quality control and that the project is on the previously agreed to timeline.

Close Out

After construction is complete, we address any punch list, warranty, operation, and maintenance documents, etc. to ensure you're happy with the final look.
